Can I try it before paying?

Yes. The free trial gives you 14 days of full dashboard access, no credit card required. After the 14 days, choose a plan from Settings whenever you like — if you don't, access is suspended, with no automatic charge.

Can I cancel at any time?

Yes. No contracts. You can cancel your subscription at any time from Settings — access is suspended immediately and billing stops. Your data is kept and you can reactivate whenever you want.

Yes. Each club's data is completely isolated. We use PostgreSQL with encryption and automatic daily backups in compliance with GDPR.

Does it work on mobile?

Yes. The platform is responsive and can be installed as a PWA app on Android and iOS — no app store needed.

Can I change the language later?

Yes. The dashboard language can be changed at any time in the club settings, with support for PT, ES, EN, FR and IT.

How many users can I have?

Unlimited. You can create accounts for coaches, directors, secretaries — each with granular permissions set by the admin.

Can I import data from another system?

Yes. You can import your athletes from any spreadsheet (Excel, Google Sheets) exported as CSV — common fields (name, age group, birth date...) are recognized automatically. For larger or custom imports, contact support.

What happens if a payment fails?

The system will retry automatically. You'll receive email notifications. The account is temporarily suspended if the issue isn't resolved within 7 days.

How does payment work?

Your subscription is activated immediately after payment via Stripe. You can cancel at any time — access is suspended immediately, with no further charges.
